Cant push

Hi All,

I am getting the following error when trying to push.

transaction abort!
rollback completed
abort: C:\Users\m.stoodley\Documents\Visual Studio 2013\Projects\iVolveLink\.hg/store\data/i_volve_link.sdf.d: The system cannot find the file specified
[command returned code 255 Fri Jul 04 16:31:40 2014]
% hg update --config ui.merge=internal:fail --rev 0 --clean
abort: C:\Users\m.stoodley\Documents\Visual Studio 2013\Projects\iVolveLink\.hg/store\data/i_volve_link.sdf.d: The system cannot find the file specified

ivolvelink.sdf has been removed from HG.
