HG convert not getting all tags and branches from SVN

Hello,

I am trying to convert an SVN repo to Mercurial. The SVN repo has several instances in which the SVN log reports that a branch has been deleted and has been copied to a tag with the same name. The problem is that after the conversion is run the branches that were copied to tag do not appear in the converted hg repo as branches or tags.

Example:

Comment = 5.10.2 branch to tag
[cid:image003.png at 01CF9B94.4771D020]


Can you provide any insight?
