Cannot create and close a branch in a single commit.

Mhmm, interesting. Maybe I just meant to use it in the past and then either
didn't (or couldn't for the same reason). But anyway, the question then
becomes, is there any particular reason why this doesn't work? I can't see
why it shouldn't. It may be unusual, but not unreasonable.
