Release Candidate testers T-Shirts

Hello everyone.

We are reviving an old idea. People reporting a regression from a 
release candidate version will be sent a Mercurial T-Shirt.

I've done some digging on the bug tracker and here is the list of people 
who reported such bugs and do not already have a T-Shirt:

- Alexander Drozdov (for issue4422)
- Wagner Bruna (for issue4426)
- Anthony R for (for issue4446)
- Gregory Szorc (for issue4410)

We are extending this to people related to critical bug too:

- Braden McDaniel (for reporting issue4398)
- Jordi Gutiérrez Hermoso (for fixing issue4398)
