I am interested, but Intevation, CC'ed here has already been working
on an hg mirror of Emacs for some time:
http://hg.intevation.org/mirrors/gnu.org/emacs-trunk
Of course, the updates stopped six days ago when the bzr upstream
stopped getting updates.
Perhaps you could send them your hg conversion and save them 11 hours
of conversion time. :-)
