move file but keep history

[hg user]

I need to move a file from a directory to another and I'd like to be able
to have the change tracked and past versions available...

I tried hg rename but it doesn't keep history...

hg glog newname reports only the move commit
hg glog oldname reports only the old commits...

Is there a way to link the two files history?
