windows mercurial 3.3 not downloadable

Hi the download link does not work:

I click on:
http://mercurial.selenic.com/
release/windows/mercurial-3.3.0.win-amd64-py2.7.msi

And I get:

The requested URL /release/windows/mercurial-3.3.0.win-amd64-py2.7.msi was 
not found on this server.

Another question:

would it be possible to provide windows binary
installs as whheel packages?

So I could manage them with pip too like all other packages :-)
