Mercurial and TortoiseHG IPv6 compatibility

Good Morning,
I am generating an application request to put TortoiseHG on the company's approved applications list.
One of the questions on the form asks for IPv6 compatibility.
I researched the web for official documentation, but was unable to find solid proof.
I found test-ipv6.com, but I don't think the results answered the question in layman's terms.

Are Mercurial and TortoiseHg IPv6 compatible?  How can I prove it?
