windows mercurial 3.3 not downloadable

Hi,

thanks it works now.

Now I have 2 questions:
 1.hg push returns 1 as exit code if there 
   is nothing to push (which is not an
   error)
   the previous version < 3.3. returned 0
   in the same case.
   In case of an error 255 seems to be returned.
   Is there a list of exit codes?
   I didnt find anything in the docs.

 2. Would it be possible to prowide
   wheel installation binaries?
