For hgweb, Linux + Apache is definitely the recommended setup if you
have a choice. Linux + Nginx works fine but isn't any simpler or faster
and has a few config pitfalls, so I wouldn't bother unless you're
married to Nginx for some reason.

The most problematic choice with the weirdest bugs that never get fixed
is Windows + IIS. Performance is pretty bad too.
