Congratulations!
I did read that you are part of the backend team, but I just hope the UI
side of bitbucket.org is given some serious attention in near future. I
come from a git background (along with github) and our team has found
bitbucket to be lacking in features when it comes to managing repos. I'm
not talking about complex features, but even simple ones like this one
https://bitbucket.org/site/master/issue/7399/tag-from-source-view. That
one for example has been open for 2 years now. It's the seemingly lack
of intent to have these features implemented and pushed out quicker to
bitbucket is what worries our team and every few weeks we have these
discussions about whether it would be better to move to git (backed by
github) for newer projects.
