pull hook?

What can I do to have an action executed upon a pull before outgoing
changesets are fixed? Idea is to have a repos A pull from a repos B
whenever a user pulls from A, in order that users will always get the
changesets from A *and* from B. I couldn't find any hook mechanism
fitting this description.

(Of course, the goal is an alternative implementation of the
live-mirroring that I described in my other post. Using pull instead of
push to keep A and B in sync may be less error-prone.)

Thanks!
