Need help to configure ldap authentication

Hi,

I have configure the Mercurial with Apache in Ubuntu 14 along with ldap
authentication from windows active directory.
Now everyone in the domain are able to read and edit all the repo on server
but  I want to restrict that.

Can you please help me out how can i do that.
