I don’t have an exact solution at hand, since I normally use hg log
--style changelog to generate changelog entries. This then looks like this:

2015-07-29  Arne Babenhauserheide  <bab at draketo.de>

        * Quelldateien/sonstiges/kampftaktik-07-3-schutz.png,
        Quelldateien/sonstiges/kampftaktik-07-3-schutzpng.png:
        rename
        [8667232cc7b2] [tip]

        * Quelldateien/Wesnoth/ARTISTS, Quelldateien/Wesnoth/dragonguard.png:
        add dragonguard by Philip Barber
        [62f1c3e9cdb8]
