No. Atlassian is re-branding their repository management software. Bitbucket was renamed Bitbucket Cloud. Stash, their on-premises repository management software, is now Bitbucket Server.

Bitbucket Cloud (i.e. https://bitbucket.org) will continue to support Mercurial. There is little to no chance that Mercurial support will come to Bitbucket Server (see https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/BSERV-2469), despite it being one of the top voted feature requests.
