Update fails with long file name

Wow. Actually thank you very much. I'm going to go try installing that
right now.

When I'm done feeling sheepish I'll see if I can figure out what I searched
for earlier, because "mercurial long file names" has your plugin as the top
hit for me. I know I looked into at least a couple of stackoverflow posts
before coming here but I certainly don't remember what terms I used that
didn't come up with the obvious plugin.
