Help with hgweb issue

Hi,
I am trying to investigate an issue with our hgweb server. The setup is following: Windows server 2012 R2, IIS, hgweb.
Originally I have set it up with mercurial 3.2.4

Recently one of developers was trying to clone one of our repos and got:
abort: stream ended unexpectedly (got 0 bytes, expected 4)
[command returned code 255 Wed Apr 13 16:38:20 2016]

I have installed 3.7.2 but the issue is still there. Plus I don't understand which version of mercurial is used by hgweb now.
So can someone please help me to understand what version is running server now and how to figure out what is the problem with clone?
