Windows 10 random hg verify errors?

Good thought, but I don't think the anti-virus software is to blame.

I uninstalled Symantec Endpoint Protection, and then turned off Windows
Defender real-time protection, but still encountered the random errors and
the anti-virus software shows nothing in the history (see screenshot).
