version 3.0.1 pager does not allow colors

Hello

Is this a bug in 3.0.1 or a general feature?

I followed the instruction in

https://www.mercurial-scm.org/wiki/PagerExtension

| [pager]
| pager = LESS='FRX' less
| 
| [extensions]
| pager =
`----

When I do

 hg log

It works as expected but

But when I do

 hg log -G   --color=always  

Which works nicely *without* the pager,

I obtain

hg log: option --color not recognized


Any comments?
