Python switching to Git and GitHub

Not all of us (core developers) agree with that. Moving away from Git
and falling in the arms of a private business called GitHUB.

That said, the decision is already taken. Too bad. Live goes on.

Of course I will keep using Mercurial and I will interface with github
via hg-git.
