Reg: empty or missing revlog error

Hi,

I am getting the error "empty or missing revlog for
SecureCentralSiteRestfulService/CentralSiteRestServiceController/CentralSiteRestServiceController.csproj"

I am able to clone my repo successfully one version before the error
version where I added project which is mentioned in the error description.

I tried the solution provided in the link "

4.3. Reconstructing missing revlogs"

But it didn't seems to work for me...

I can clone my repository till 96 version but version 97 where i added new
project, has some issue.

Please let me know how to fix it so that it will not throw the error.

Currently I have latest version of this repository is 105 but other team
mates are not able to clone this repository due to error "empty or missing
revlog for
SecureCentralSiteRestfulService/CentralSiteRestServiceController/CentralSiteRestServiceController.csproj"

Your help will be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
