Hmm. This looks like a temporary file that's created by Mercurial when it's
trying to split a revlog. However, I expect there to be a dash after the ".i"
and before the six random letters... so that bizarre. Copy/paste error?

If this is repeatable, running again with --traceback might reveal more.

If it's not repeatable.. cosmic rays?
