Uwe,

The version of Mercurial that you are running is 3.0.1 while the latest
on the site, https://www.mercurial-scm.org/ is 3.8.3 - it might be worth
checking with the latest hg to see if your problem still exists with
that. I am running hg 3.8.2 on Windows 7 & 10 any python 2.7 with zipdoc
via the TortiiseHg install and not having any problems.
