We’re moving the Mercurial project from old infrastructure to new infrastructure under a domain that is owned by the project. As a result, we’re finding occasional hidden dependencies on the old setup, like gmane's (invisible to us) configuration. Kevin emailed the gmane folks, and in theory they’ll fix it soon.
