Add an option to move or not a bookmark when a new branch is being created

We have two different scenarios in workflow:

   1. Update to commit with a bookmark to make a merge with feature or fix.
   An activated bookmark should move forward for next deploy.
   2. Update to commit with a bookmark, create from it new branch to start
   new feature or fix.A bookmark should stay on old branch.

Right now, we have to deactivate a current bookmark with "hg bookmark -i",
but better to add a new setting for this behavior because it is not obvious.
