configure external editor a script

Because I want to include the content or parts of the content of the
ChangeLog file of the repo in the message. When the external editor
however opens a temporally file in /tmp it is *cumbersome* to type the
whole path in order to insert the ChangeLog.

Example

Editor opens in /tmp/hg-editor-7TdQ5e.txt

Now I want to insert

/home/oub/ALLES/LaTeX/Pub5/ChangeLog

That is not very comfortable to type. If the editor opened in the local
directory the repo (and the ChangeLog file) were, it would be much more convenient.
