HTTP Error 431 when pulling/pushing

Hello all,

It happened again even with my new clone. I really need some help 
because I can't figure out why it happens randomly.

The verify commands does not help a lot.

$ hg verify
checking changesets
checking manifests
crosschecking files in changesets and manifests
checking files
1375 files, 523 changesets, 5272 total revisions
