Diffstat broken?

Hi Kevin

Thanks for the tip. It does indeed work with HGPLAIN. It also works when I
move my hgrc out of the way. The culprit appears to be the ‘noprefix’ which
I had enabled. Disabling that fixes the output again. Did that behavior
change, or does an in-place built hg not use my hgrc and therefore produce
correct output regardless?
