dynamic_username 0.8.0 (works on Windows)

I just pushed dynamic_username which works on Windows and can be
installed for TortoiseHg-bundled Mercurial without major pain. More
details of how this work:

path_pattern will follow soon (I have it working on Windows too, just
need refresh README and make a few tests before release)
