Question Regarding Mercurial

To whom it may concern,

I am a software developer for the navy and I was inquiring to see if you offered a paid version of Mercurial. My team is currently using Subversion and the free version of Mercurial. However, the command now requires all software being used by developers to be paid/licensed which is causing us a dilemma now. Please feel free to contact me via this email or phone (401-832-5316).
