This error means the remote host hung up the TCP connection mercurial was
trying to communicate over.
This could indicate some transient network issue or possibly a problem with
your network or the server's network.
One way to work around issues like this is to use SSH to push to github
instead of https. That will avoid the TCP connection altogether.
