PANIC: hgweb.cgi doesn't work after upgrading to mercurial 4.2

Thanks for the confirmation. I rolled back the server to mercurial
4.1.3. I will wait to 4.2.1 before trying again.

Please, add a simple Smoke Test to the release process :-)
