[Partially solved] (was: problem in setting up notify (bitbucket), smtp server)

I solved my smtp problem by setting up a different gmail account.

But right now every repo I push to bitbucket sends email notification to
a list.

So I presume I have to move my notify setting for the global
.hgrc file to my local hgrc files in the repos?
