Hi Yuya, this solution ("LC_MESSAGES=C thg" ) worked for me, Thanks I can now see all the menus and vaults in the GUI now

Appears that your Qt4 installation is somewhat broken, e.g. missing SVG loader, bad font library or configuration, etc. If you've installed any third-party packages which might overwrite system binaries, try removing them and reinstall
Qt4 and PyQt4 packages from the official distribution repository.

Also try "LC_MESSAGES=C thg" to see if Latin fonts are okay.
