convert extension convert empty branches

Hi,

I am using the convert extension to convert from an svn repo to mercurial.
In general this works find but one issue I have is with empty branches.
If I have a svn branch which has no commits and has just been copied from
trunk it is not converted to mercurial.

This not a real problem as no history is lost but it is cumbersome to find
all those branches and add bookmarks to the default in mercurial.

Is there a possibility to let the convert extension add a bookmark to each
revision that was copied to branches.
