No, I have no url-rewrite rules. All my configs is presented in my message. 
Rs laying in here: /home/mercurial/hg/hg_repositories/Rs 
As I mentioned earlier, in directory /home/mercurial I have only directory "hg" what contains "hg_repositories, hgweb.wsgi and hgweb.config"
I am able to clone and update with http://coderepo/hg/Rs <http://coderepo/hg/Rs>, but the question is: Why does tortoisehg and even chrome trying to access http://coderepo/Rs <http://coderepo/Rs> 
simultaneously with http://coderepo/hg/Rs <http://coderepo/hg/Rs> ? They shouldn’t act like this, or maybe I’m wrong with my config?
