cvs2hg fixed to work on mercurial 4.5

In case someone still needs CVS → Mercurial conversion…

I just pushed fixes, after which cvs2hg works on newest mercurials
(those containing
https://www.mercurial-scm.org/repo/hg-stable/rev/8a0cac20a1ad )

cvs2hg is CVS → Mercurial converter, which – contrary to hg convert –
properly preserves tags and branches (crucial for reproducible builds
after repo conversion). For more info see
