It looks like the failed test simply timed out. The offending testcase does
seem to take quite a while to complete even on my local machine. Is the
timeout perhaps too short for this one? Is there any way we could see how
far a test progressed?
OTOH, meanwhile there are even newer stock packages from Ubuntu. Could we
check if they did anything different wrt packaging? Hmm, I guess I might be
able do that, too. But sbdy else would have to kick off another build on
Launchpad.
With the pace in which Mercurial is developing, this situation
unsatisfactory for users who don't want to install from source.
