I'm glad to annouce today that

- the event will be hosted by Mozilla in their office in central Paris.

- registrations are open :
https://www.weezevent.com/mercurial-conference-paris-2019 (includes
precise address and other practical details).

There is a symbolic fee, that will be spent on snacks, beverages and
other minor expenses.

We are now working on the program.
