HG crashes for all commands

FYI, I am running "Tortoise Hg version 5.0.2 with Mercurial-5.0.2, Python-2.7.13, PyQt-5.9.1, Qt-5.9.2"

Subject: HG crashes for all commands

Hi,
Since the last few days whenever I try to run an Hg command, it crashes with the following message:
[cid:image001.png at 01D55382.3734D1C0]

When I try it on TortoiseHg, I get the following error message:
[cid:image002.png at 01D55382.3734D1C0]

Do you have any idea what that error code means?
