I just configured the database, LDAP and directory paths according to 
the documentation, so there is not much to share.

However fine it actually is, installing and maintaining software that is 
not packaged with your distribution is considered painful and many 
people are too afraid to even try it. If we can say:

1) Install Debian/Ubuntu.

2) Do: apt install kallithea

3) You have source code hosting for your team.

it would be great and would help Mercurial.
