push to remote, feature branch at tip, but not when cloned

That also crossed my mind, and that is precisely why I don't want to use
them.

Well I try to convince my colleagues to use mercurial and don't want
them, at the beginning, to learn to many commands. 

So I will have to tell them to either use

 hg up feature

Or 

 hg up tip

Anyhow, may be this cannot be avoided.
