Sourcehut Mercurial hosting now has CI

Hey everyone!

As the subject says, Sourcehut's Mercurial hosting (see hg.sr.ht) now supports CI through its builds.sr.ht service. This means that you can shove a `.build.yml` file in your repo and push to Sourcehut to get some jobs kicked off.

Next steps are (probably) adding support for clone bundles, and server-side stripping+evolve support.
