evolve question:obsolete feature not enabled but 5 markers found!

Hi 

I am using evolve for at least a year. Some time ago I had a problem
deactivated the evolve extension committed a couple of times and then
enabled the evolve extension again.

However 

 hg in 

Returns 

searching for changes
obsolete feature not enabled but 5 markers found!

What is the problem here?
