I will write Manuel and ask him to do it, I can't obviously. For me this
patch is fine, but it is not foolproof, so one must be careful.

I find this patch extremely useful, although my feeling is that most
mercurial users, in order to be as compatible to git as possible, have
given up in named branches[1] and use bookmarks instead.

Which was a bit dead in the past, glad that it is active. I will give it
a try
