dulwich on Windows 7 (not)

dulwich.errors Mercurial Distributed SCM (version 5.4.2)


When you install dependencies, you need to use `pip install --user`.  
sys.path was only extended to look in 
%APPDATA%/Python/Python27/site-packages, which is user specific.
