TortoiseHg is the default package that is advertised now (when there
isn't a newer build of vanilla hg yet). But if you go to the download
page, plain hg installers are still available.

I thought thg 5.0.2 had problems too. There was a very long bug about
hg-git, and how to hack the thg .zip file to make it work again.
The old thg installers on BitBucket were archived, and will be available
again when the server is upgraded to have more space. In the meantime, I
uploaded thg 5.0.2:
