un-hide a changeset

Hi all,
I have a simple case. I pruned a changeset, it was a leaf, now I want
it back. I vaguely recall seeing something in help on how to do this, or
maybe I it was implicit. I can't find it. Given

I'm thinking of "hg rebase -s 5006 -d tip", but I thought I'd check first.
