Replacement for old "hgsubversion" extension?

hgsubversion absolutely can be migrated to Python 3. Nobody has stepped up to do the work, and while I’m happy to review those changes as the owner of the code, I can’t justify spending time on it as I no longer interact with any Subversion servers.
