case fold extension

Hi 

After my experience of the last days, I am looking for extension that
might be useful in the context of case conflicts.

The most promising seems to be hgfold (however it is quite old, and I am
not sure that it will still work)

The extension can't be found on that website, since bitbucket eliminated
all its mercurial repositories. I seem to remember there is somewhere a
mirror, anybody remembers?

BTW, I also tried 
https://www.mercurial-scm.org/wiki/FixcaseExtension

But this does not work anymore.
